Configurations include no buttons, PTT (Push To Talk) button on the ear dome, and Mic On/Off button on the ear dome. Enhanced features such as DNC microphone, Clear Hear speakers, and specialized technology improve audio quality and durability. Notable details include a comfortable Behind-The-Head design, noise cancelling hybrid EM56 microphone, large detent volume control, and a carbon fiber style finish. Compatible cables include coil cord CC-1/4 for David Clark, Avcomm, and Sigtronics headsets, and CC-FIRECOM for Rugged and Firecom headsets.
